Lynda Chervil is Chairman, President and CEO of Internet Sciences Inc. (ISI), providing overall strategicdirection for the company. Having led and managed a $1.1 billion business unit for 5 years at a fortune50 company, Wells Fargo Bank and having held other business management roles, Ms Chervil brings ademonstrated track record in leadership, sales management, customer experience, direct and matrix management structures and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives. Ms. Chervil is a Chartered Fellow at both the Institute of Consulting (IC) and Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in the U.K.

David Johnson
David Johnson Chief Technology Officer
David Johnson is a 20 year veteran of technology, working in networks, cloud and development across US, Europe and Asia Pacific. He brings experience as a technology architect driving innovative solutions that align to business goals and people needs. He is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer of Internet Sciences Inc. Throughout his career, David has held a number of leadership roles across US and Asia, serving as CTO at Mulytic Energy, a smart charging solutions provider in Europe and Asia; Kordia, a Tier 2 ISP in New Zealand and Australia and Teliris, a global teleconferencing provider in NYC (acquired by Dimension Data). David's experience in the technology industry brought him to start his own company, Clear Blue Data, providing technology services for diverse customers and industries, and growing Mulytic Energy from 12 to over 60 in 4 years. He has experience in AWS, development, Agile, Analytics, and cybersecurity. Through it all, he focuses on aligning technology initiatives to business goals, leading teams in a collaborative and results-focused manner. At Internet Sciences Inc, David leads product delivery and engineering operations - aligning product execution and technology strategy to consumer demand, company goals and regulatory requirements. David drives continued success of Internet Sciences Inc and help the company stay at the forefront of technological innovation through focus on value, on technology success and a customer-centric approach.

DeeAnn Cain, CPA, is a strategic financial leader with 15+ years of experience optimizing financial processes and driving technology innovation. Proven expertise in risk management, compliance, cost accounting, and financial strategy to enhance business performance. As Director of Finance / Controller at Anderson Brass Co., she led financial process improvements that strengthened cash flow and implemented internal controls ensuring compliance. Her experience with FEMA reporting and cost accounting at the South Carolina Department of Transportation further solidified her expertise in financial strategy. Member of AICPA and SCACPA.
