Lynda Chervil is Chairman, President and CEO of Internet Sciences Inc. (ISI), providing overall strategic direction for the company. Ms. Chervil brings ISI a track record of leadership and executive success in achieving revenue, profit, and growth objectives within environments that required deep understanding of critical business drivers across multiple market segments.

Ms. Chervil is known for her broad organizational perspective and results-driven approach to leadership, as well as her unique skill in translating complex and abstract ideas into sound, easily understood financial assumptions. For more than 20 years, she has worked in the financial services industry with expertise spanning capital markets, FX trading, and retail and corporate banking.

Previously, she served as vice president of sales at Citibank with oversight over new business development and the acquisition of mid-sized and large corporate clients. Prior to that, as a Market Executive within the consumer and commercial banking group at Wells Fargo, Ms. Chervil held profit-and-loss responsibility for more than $1 billion in assets. She is a chartered fellow at both the Institute of Consulting and Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in the U.K. and a received a Level 7 Award in Professional Consulting from CMI.

Ms. Chervil received a B.S. in finance from New York Institute of Technology and a M.S. in integrated marketing communications from New York University.

A passionate advocate for environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility, Ms. Chervil has authored two novels, Fool’s Return and Project Odyssey, which weave tales at the intersection of technological, economic and environmental issues. She speaks both French and Spanish.
